What this policy covers
This policy explains what information BR West Palm Beach Masonry & Concrete collects when you use our website, how we use it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. We're a masonry contractor in West Palm Beach, FL, and this site exists so homeowners can learn about our work and ask us for an estimate.
It applies to every page of this site, starting with our home page, and to the information you send us through the site's forms. If you call us or we meet at your property, we handle what you tell us the same way.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on our site, we collect what you type in. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the job, such as a cracked block wall or a paver driveway you want installed. If you attach photos, we get those too.
We only ask for what we need to reply to you and plan an estimate. You don't have to send anything you'd rather tell us over the phone at (561) 268-0285.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you submit passes through that service before it reaches us. That service handles the data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and analytics
Like most websites, ours uses cookies, which are small files your browser stores so a site can remember your visit. We also may use analytics tools that count visits and show us which pages people read, which device they used and roughly where they came from.

How long we keep it
If you ask for an estimate and don't hire us, we keep your request only as long as it's useful for following up, then delete it. If we do work for you, we keep your contact details and job records longer, because we may need them for warranty questions, repairs later on and tax records.
Analytics data is kept by the analytics tools on their own schedule and is used only in summary form.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.
We may keep a record if we have to by law or need it to finish work we've already agreed to do, and we'll tell you if that's the case. Depending on the state you live in, you may have other privacy rights, and we'll honor those requests too.
Children's privacy
Our site is meant for adults planning work on their homes. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we delete it.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page. The version posted here is the one that applies.
